Mandatory Junior Staff Requirements:

Seminar Attendance:*

I understand that I must attend the entire seminar IN FULL, starting at 12 pm on Thursday, June 6th, and lasting until 6pm on Sunday, June 9th. I will not schedule any other activities during the weekend of the seminar, including any standardized tests. By checking this box, I fully understand that my attendance is mandatory for the entirety seminar.

Staff Training Attendance*

I understand that my attendance is mandatory for our staff training day, which will be from 9am to 6pm on a Saturday or Sunday approximately two months prior to the seminar. We will let you know the exact date for the seminar as soon it is confirmed.

High School Recruitment*

I understand that there must be an ambassador registered to attend HOBY from my high school no later than January 25th, 2019. I understand that I am responsible for contacting my school to ensure that they are selecting a student and registering them at www.hoby.org

Fundraising*

I understand that I am required to fundraise a total of $250 and that $50 of that requirement is due by November 5th in order for my application to be eligible for review.

Leadership For Service (L4S) Hours*

I understand that I am required to complete and log my first 50 hours of community service by January 15, 2019. I also understand that I am required to have at least 100 hours of community service completed and logged by April 15th, 2019.
